Eastern Canada Training Camp

WAKO Canada is excited to be hosting a full National Training Camp for Atlantic Provincial athletes.  The camp is open to all experienced athletes/students.  The camp is also mandatory for anyone trying out for the National Senior Team for the WAKO World Championship in Portugal this coming fall.

Please complete the form and email back to our office before June 19th.

The camp is a full day camp (9 – 5) and will cover the following areas:

• Tactical Practices for Medalling at International Competitions
• Sport-Specific Conditioning Strategies
• Mobility Training
• Breathwork

All participants must bring the following to the camp:

• Sparring Equipment
• 2-3 pairs of clothes for training
• Running shoes for outdoor training (required)
• Bag Gloves
