National Tatami Discipline Training Camp – Joliette, QC
The National Tatami Committee has started preparations for the WAKO World Championship to be held in Abu Dhabi this coming November. There will be 6 camps held throughout QC for athletes from Ontario and Quebec that wish to try out for Team Canada in the disciplines of Point Fighting, Light Contact and Forms/Weapons. National Team Weekend Camp
This training camp is open to all competitive athletes registered with WAKO Canada. The camp that will also be the main trials for the National Senior Team applying for the WORLD SENIOR World Championship (Abu Dhabi). All athletes trying out for any Tatami or Ring disciplines at the Worlds are required to attend. This will be the main camp for Junior athletes trying out for the Junior PANAM Championship in August.
