Dear Athletes, Coaches, Spectators
The 2025 Summer Smash is just around the corner! Below is all the information you need!
Location – REDEEMER UNIVERSITY
Date – Saturday July 5th
Address – 777 Garner Rd E, Ancaster, ON L9K 1J4
Spectators – $30 per day. CASH ONLY $20 Children under 6, and Seniors over 65 with ID
Tickets go on sale at 9:30 am Spectators will receive a wristband that must be shown every time one enters the hall.
Athlete Check – 9:00 am – 9:30 am
Registration will close at 9:30 am for Rules Meeting All Participants must check in at this time
Weigh in – 9:00 – 9:30 am
Weigh ins close at 9:30 am
One coach from athlete’s club must attend weigh ins.
Coach Check in – 9:00 am – 9:30 am – Coaches must check in at this time
Only two coach passes provided to each club Additional Coaching Passes can be purchased for $30
All coaches must be registered for 2025
Coaches will wear a wristband that must be show every time a person enters
Coaches Meeting – 9:30 am
Divisions Start – 10:00 am

The Bout List will be a live list that can be found using the QR Codes that will be available at the venue. Please check the QR codes regularly for updated bout lists as sometimes the bout order or matches changed due to withdrawals.

Reminder – Please do not print these lists as they will be updated frequently based on withdraws, win/losses. Use the QR Code or check the google docs for regular updates.
IMPORTANT NOTE – Redeemer is a smoke/vape free environment on the entire grounds. If you plan to smoke or vape please leave the grounds out of respect of the facility. Thank you for respecting their requirements.
