China Tour – Team Selection for Ontario Athletes
WAKO Canada is excited to announce our second Team Tour to China! We will be selecting 10 athletes to travel to China and compete against athletes from the WLF in the second Canada vs China Team Event. Flights from Toronto; accommodations, internal transportation and meals in China; and all outfitting will be sponsored by WAKO Canada for selected athletes. WAKO Canada is hosting the 1st Officials Course for the Tatami Disciplines of Point Sparring, Light Contact, Forms and Weapons Forms. This WAKO Certification course was rescheduled from last year when it had to be cancelled due to the weather. WAKO Canada has done a number of Seminars in the Maritimes. All participants benefited greatly and it quickly built up the sport in Atlantic Canada.
