The 21st annual Canadian National Kickboxing Championship (April 25-28th, 2024) is now open for registration!
The WAKO Canada Nationals is the largest, most prestigious combative tournament in Canada. Every year clubs from coast to coast and from every martial art and combative sport discipline field teams to the Nationals.

The quality of competition was only matched by the quality of title belts and awards distributed to the division winners.
WAKO Canada is known to produce the most incredible awards at our tournaments. Our belief is that every athlete deserves an award worthy of the hard work they put into the sport. The 2024 Championship belt has been nicknamed the ‘GOLD BELT’ and for some amazing reasons! It is absolutely stunning!
Our Board and organizing committee is expecting the 2024 Nationals to have 700 athletes coming from every province and territory. For this reason we have opened up registration earlier to accommodate the expected numbers. There is a registration form for each division. Ensure your athletes submit the appropriate form and that the information is correct.
Kick Light – Cadet – Junior – Intermediate
Important – Forms must be completed correctly and important details cannot be missed such as –
- Club Owner Sign off (Mandatory)
- Clubs entering athletes must be registered for 2024 BEFORE athletes can register for Nationals
- Athletes must be registered for 2024 (not 2023) to register for the 2024 Nationals
- Ring Sport athletes must submit 2024 Individual Membership and 2024 Medical BEFORE registering for Nationals
- 2024 WAKO Code must be entered (ring sport)
- Enter the correct Weight Division in KG (use the division chart on the form – not the athletes actual weight)
- Correct Discipline choice
- Listing of 1st Choice, 2nd Choice, 3rd Choice – for ring disciplines
- Payment information must accompany registration (failed payments will result in registration being cancelled)
