The course will provide grading templates from an International Award-Winning Program that will be used throughout the Course modules. These can be used by participants and their home clubs.

ROTATING CURRICULUM

Weekly and Monthly teaching schedules will be provided that will demonstrate the effective use of a rotating curriculum to balance teaching new content and reviewing past teachings.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP

Components of an International Leadership Program will be unveiled in the course for participants to consider to be added in their club programs.

WAKO CURRICULUM

An enhanced WAKO Canada curriculum will be introduced into this certification course. Any aspect of the curriculum can be used to support or add into your club curriculum.

HOW TO

TRACK AND MAINTAIN YOUR INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT

You will be provided three strategies for evaluating your staff. Performance reviews are an important part of building a professional relationship with your instructors but also for building a sense of community and a culture of constant improvement. Templates will be provided on how you can work towards creating this essential formula.

MUZAMMAL NAWAZ

LEAD FACILITATOR / COURSE CURATOR

Muzammal Nawaz is an Educator, Author, Entrepreneur and one of Canada’s most sought out coaches. He began his Martial Arts career at the age of 7 and retired a 5 x PRO Middleweight Kickboxing Champion at the spry age of 44.

He graduated as a Chancellor Scholar from McMaster University with a Degree in Kinesiology and went on to complete his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Education. His passion for teaching became his career choice and he taught at every level from elementary, high school and at the university level.

He regularly consults with various private schools, school boards and NGOs. One of his most noteworthy achievements was creating the first International Red Cross Leadership Training Program that ran in over 50 countries world-wide.

For more than three decades he has trained, coached and mentored thousands of people from professional athletes to martial arts club owners.
