2018 National Championship

WAKO Canada is excited to be hosting the 2018 WAKO Canadian Championship!  There are athletes from Vancouver to St.Johns participating in the largest ring sport event in Canada.

PRE BOUT MEDICAL

All ring bout athletes are required to have the first section of a Pre Bout medical form completed for each day they are competing.  Please download the following form, complete the athlete information and bring the form with you along with your athlete passport to each weigh-in day you are competing.  The ringside physician will complete the second part of the form.

THIS IS ONLY REQUIRED FOR RING SPORTS – NOT KICK LIGHT ATHLETES.
