Ring Officials Course
WAKO Canada, in conjunction with Elevation Martial Arts is hosting the next Ring Officials Training Course will on Sunday January 13th. The course is open to all coaches, instructors, athletes, parents and anyone that wishes to be involved in learning about the role of the referee and judge in our association. WAKO Canada is hosting the 1st Officials Course for the Tatami Disciplines of Point Sparring, Light Contact, Forms and Weapons Forms. WAKO Canada has done a number of Seminars in the Maritimes. All participants benefited greatly and it quickly built up the sport in Atlantic Canada. We had over 50 participants for two WAKO Canada Courses in Quebec last year. One was on Coaching and the other on Officiating. In both courses we learned a lot.
