ZOOM Level 1 Coaching Course

We have recieved funding from the Ministry of Sport to subsized coaching course for young participants aged 12-18. The course is our standard WAKO Canada Level 1 Coaching Certification that has been modified for young learners. The course will cover - Coaching Excellence Coaching Ethics Athlete Planning Safety in Sport All succesful participants will be fully certified Level 1 Coaches. WAKO Canada is excited to welcome back ring sport competitions across the country! WAKO Alberta is gaining traction and is well on its way to Ministry of Sport (Alberta Sport Connection) recognition as our newest PSO. WAKO Canada has held 3 Officials courses in Alberta over the past 3 years. Any person that participated in any of these courses is welcome to attend a refresher course on Sunday August 22nd. The refresher course will provide an review of the officiating role and provide some referee and judging practice.
