National Team Camp
Our next Ontario National Team camp will be held on Sunday July 7th. This camp is mandatory for all Ontario National Team Athletes going to Turkey or Bosnia for the WAKO World Championship. The camp is also open to all interested athletes wishing to work with National Team Coaches and learning advance competition strategies. The registration link is below: REGISTRATION FORM

This camp will focus on: Sport Specific Strength and Conditioning Tactical Training for WAKO Competitions Sport Psychology Topics of - Affirmations, Self Talk, Imagery The camp is the final camp for the athletes going to Bosnia for the WAKO Worlds, a requirement for the Turkey National Team, but is also open to all athletes wishing to continue to develop their skills working with the National Team Coaches.
