Level 1 Coaching Course
WAKO Canada is offering a Level 1 Coaching Course on Sunday September 24th. The Courses are Professional Development courses for instructors, coaches, athletes and parents. These courses cover such important topics like Sports Injury Management, Sport Ethics, Coaching Excellence and Rules and Regulations. Coaches wishing to corner athletes at sanctioned competitions are required to complete the course along with registering with WAKO and submitting a police check with a vulnerability sector search. WAKO Canada is hosting the next Ring Sport Referee and Judging course on Sunday April 8th in Burlington Ontario. Our office is requesting all WAKO Canada clubs to submit a minimum of one person to participate in the course. Our sport will continue to grow in a open, transparent and impartial manner with more officials representing our diverse membership base.
