National Team Camp

The next National Team Training Camp is Sunday September 15th.  This camp will focus on:

1. Sport Specific Strength and Conditioning
2. Tactical Training for WAKO Competitions
3. Sport Psychology Topics of – Affirmations, Self Talk, Imagery

The camp is the final camp for the athletes going to Bosnia for the WAKO Worlds, a requirement for the Turkey National Team,  but is also open to all athletes wishing to continue to develop their skills working with the National Team Coaches.
